Providing great customer service is top priority here at BioPaw. With so many wonderful technical devices these days many of us have less direct human contact. An online store allows you to shop without encountering a sales person. That can be positive and negative. What if you have questions? Or would like recommendations? We’re here for you when you need us.

BioPaw’s business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to receive phone calls. Please do call and leave a message outside of those times so, we can get back to you on the next business day. BioPaw is located in Pickering, Ontario, which is EST (eastern standard time). We are:
- 3 hours ahead of those of you on the west coast in PST
- 2 hours ahead of MST
- 1 hour ahead of CST
- 1 hour behind AST
- 1 ˝ hours behind NST
Karin, the owner of BioPaw, takes all customer service phone calls and inquiries through email. She takes pride in finding a healthy solution for you and your four-legged companion.
