Once you begin the checkout process and enter your location, you will have opportunity to receive a shipping estimate. Our system will provide you with the shipping options available in your area and you may then select the method you prefer. Included will be an estimated date for your order to arrive at your destination.
The number of days it takes to ship an order is counted in business days, as Canada Post does not work on weekends or holidays.

We have an 11:00 AM (EST) cut-off time in order for your shipment to be sent that day. Orders received after 11:00 AM (EST) will typically ship the next business morning. If we are out of stock, which happens infrequently but does happen, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
Please note if you are local to Pickering, Ontario, pick up is available. Select Store Pickup/Walk in and you will be contacted to make arrangements.
Applicable Taxes will be added to online orders:
* PST of 8% will be added to Ontario destination shipments only
* GST of 5% will be added to all Canadian destinations
* 13% HST for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland destinations

We will accept returns and give full credit for any products that are returned to us in original condition, shipping paid, within 14 days of the customer's receipt of the product. To receive a full credit for the item it must be in new condition (that means void of any dog or cat use, with it's original packaging, bags, etc.). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Should your order be returned by default (eg. Returned by post office as several attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, etc) a 25% restocking fee will apply.
