First of all I sincerely hope that everyone is doing OK in our new reality, and that this email finds you and your families safe and healthy. We are taking the current situation with COVD-19 seriously and following all safety guidelines. But I want you to know that we are still shipping out your orders at a good speed. We are able to run our business without exposing ourselves to other people so our online store is up and running as usual. Stock is being replenished as usual and all of our suppliers are taking the necessary steps to limit any exposure and or risks with respect to their operations.

 
 

Deliveries to your door by Canada Post

Canada Post can provide you with 'no contact' delivery at your door. You can prevent your parcel from being sent to the Post Office or nearest depot for pick up by either speaking with your local carrier or leave them a note on your door or mailbox as to where you would like your parcel left. If Canada Post would normally not leave your parcel at your door due to lack of security, let them know that you're working from home now as an example. Feel free to tell them 'I don't want to answer the door but please leave my parcel...' Canada Post is trying their best to accommodate requests and make deliveries safe and convenient for everyone and they really don't want you to have to go pick it up. 
When we ship out your parcel, you get an email that contains a link for the tracking. So if that helps you, check to see when it is due to be delivered.
