Shipping Methods – we have chosen Canada Post to reliably deliver all of our parcels to you. If you would prefer to use another carrier, please feel free to contact us to make arrangements.

Canada Post:

  • Regular (for some rural areas)
  • Expedited (parcel service offered to businesses for most of Canada) -Don’t worry it doesn’t cost you more than ‘regular’ service.
  • XpressPost
  • Priority.

Once you log in to your account and then add a product to your ‘Shopping Cart’, you will see the shipping cost right there on the page. Our system provides you with the shipping options available in your area and you may then select the option you prefer. IMPORTANT NOTE: Many times it may only cost a few dollars more to send more items in the same box. We suggest adding items to your cart and viewing the new shipping charge to find the most cost effective parcel. Don’t assume that if one costs ‘X’, that two will cost double.

Canada Post has a new service available, Flex Delivery, which allows you to have your parcels sent to a Post Office of your choice. This can offer a great deal of extra convenience for some. Please follow this link to visit the Canada Post website to learn more, Canada Post Flex Delivery.

The number of days it takes to ship an order is counted in business days, as Canada Post does not work on weekends or holidays. Please note that this is an ESTIMATE only, but quite accurate.

We have an 11:00 AM (EST) cut-off time in order for your shipment to be sent that day. Orders received after 11:00 AM (EST) will typically ship the next business morning. If we are out of stock, which happens infrequently but does happen, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
