BioPaw ships throughout Canada and to international destinations. Currently we cannot ship to the USA dues to border restrictions implemented August 2025.

We are located in Pickering, Ontario and ship from Ajax, Ontario.**

Shipping Methods – we ship with UPS. If you would prefer to use another carrier, please feel free to contact us to make arrangements.

Shipping costs :

Once you add a product to your ‘Shopping Cart’, you will see the shipping cost right there on the Shopping Cart page. Our system provides you with the shipping options available in your area and you may then select the option you prefer. IMPORTANT NOTE: Many times it may only cost a few dollars more to send more items in the same box. We suggest adding items to your cart and viewing the new shipping charge to find the most cost effective parcel. Don’t assume that if one costs ‘X’, that two will cost double.

We have an 11:00 AM (EST) cut-off time in order for your shipment to be sent that day. Orders received after 11:00 AM (EST) will typically ship the next business morning. If we are out of stock, which happens infrequently but does happen, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.

**Please note if you are local to Pickering, Ontario, pick up is available. Select ‘Local Pick Up’ for your shipping choice and you will be contacted to make arrangements.
