In 2021, while cleaning the day’s catch, Chad was moved by the amount of cod waste that was accumulating during their fishing season in Bonavista Bay, NL.
The protein and collagen that lay sitting at the bottom of the bay could benefit dogs. That inspired Chad to create Land & Sea Pets, a clean protein treat and Cod Skin Shake from ‘UPCYCLED’ Cod waste.
