In comparing with a dehydrated product, the weight of a freeze-dried product is much lighter. Therefore, a small package actually contains a lot of volume. Freeze drying preserves nutrients of the product better than dehydration with a much nicer texture!

Great treats, I give them to my cat and dog, and both love them. I would previously buy Purebites freeze dried chicken but have noticed the last couple of bags of Purebites smelled really chemically…like plastic. However, these Dog Bites smell as you would expect, like dried chicken, so I will definitely be buying them instead from now on!
