Commonly known as Norwegian Kelp or Rockweed, Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed is widely recognized as the richest marine plant for agriculture use in both feed and soil applications. This unique seaweed grows in abundance along the North Atlantic coast of Canada, where its cold and clean growing environment is continuously replenished by the world’s highest tides.

Kelp naturally contains vitamins A, B1, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C and E, plus zinc, biotin, bromine, calcium, choline, copper, inositol, iodine, PABA, potassium, selenium, sodium and sulphur. Its iodine content is very good for glands and organs, especially the thyroid and liver. It increases the contractile force of the heart, improves circulation and is often used for hair loss, goiter, ulcers, obesity and mineral deficiency.
