Feeding Guidelines: When first introducing, it is necessary to gradually work up to the recommended amount added to the food by increasing the amount added over a 1-2 week period, or adjust to bowel tolerance. Dogs: the normal daily amount is one 5 gram scoop, found in each container, per 10 lbs. of body weight up to a maximum of 3 scoops a day. If your pet is fed twice daily the amount can be divided. For dogs that have severe problems, hip dysplasia, arthritis, allergies, etc. the amount should be doubled or taken to as close to a double recommended amount as the bowel will allow, for the first 6 weeks then returned to the normal maintenance amount. Hokamix, combined with a high quality food, will benefit pets of all ages. It can be mixed with raw food, any moist food or moistened dry food.
Your pet’s digestive system is designed to process food which has a moisture content of 80 to 90%. Digestive enzymes do not break down or convert food into its proper form while it is in the dry state. In addition, pets will generally accept Hokamix better when it is mixed into a moist food. When dry food is used the powder has a tendency to fall to the bottom of the bowl and the dog may not receive the full amount, therefore dry food by itself is not recommended. Dry food should be moistened allowing the water to absorb into the food before feeding. Yogurt or other foods can be added for palatability. If you find your pet to be very finicky, you may try Hokamix Snacks Maxi instead or for smaller dogs Hokamix Snacks Petit.
When can Hokamix 30 be used?
Although your dog may look outwardly healthy, it may eventually develop health problems due to the fact that it does not digest it’s daily food optimally. Hokamix 30 is therefore beneficial to healthy dogs as well.

Highly recommend this for pain, muscle & tendon issues, allergies, joints, skin, coat. I have had both of ym dogs on this mix for about 1 year now and I have seen a major change in health – good change. My one pup (old bulldog mix) has 2 partially torn ACL’s and the surgery alone to have her legs fixed was just over $10k.
