This Kangaroo liver product is NOT COOKED, only slowly dried / dehydrated. Slow drying at 90 degrees Celsius for over 10 hours reduces the moisture content, and keeps the natural treat fresh and locks in all of it’s natural flavours.
This Kangaroo liver is hormone and antibiotic free. Not farm raised; free range diet.
